Goethe-Zertifikat A1 (Start German 1) Exam Schedule
The official list below only shows time periods that are reserved not confirmed exams. Please confirm with your teacher whether or not the final exam for the course will be held during this time period.

Locations
The Exam Schedule lists the locations where DEP conducts operator certification exams. Please visit the exam pages for more information regarding exam topics, exam conditions and conditions, and other guidelines. Registration
Students are encouraged to consult the exam schedule online. However it is important to note that the final exam schedule can alter at any moment. This is why students should check with their instructors to confirm that they have the correct date and time for their exam. Students should be certain to print the official list and bring it for their exams.

The examination results are reported on a scale of A1 to C2. Students who succeed in passing the test are awarded an Goethe-Zertifikat. The certificate certifies that the student has achieved the level of A1 in their language. This level corresponds with the first level of the six-level scale of competence that is outlined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages. The test is free of cost. Students should bring a valid government-issued ID to the test. Students who do not have a valid picture ID will be disqualified.
Fees
You'll need to pay a fee for the examination for the opportunity to receive the Goethe-Zertifikat (start German 1) after you have completed your Elan Academy studies. This is in addition to the course fees.
Practice tests let you get familiar with the format of the questions, their wording, and the difficulty of the questions on the test. They allow you to assess your level, discover areas of knowledge that aren't covered and increase your chances of passing the exam.
